"As a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience leading the Office of Information Technology Services for NYS, I've honed my skills leading large-scale public sector operations and strategic transformations. I've managed a $1 billion budget and a 5,000-person workforce, delivering comprehensive IT services to over 50 State agencies. My leadership has consistently driven significant improvements. I am a strategic thought leader and have delivered successful outcomes for many government initiatives. Most significant being the creation of the Joint Security Operations Center, the Statewide Cyber Remediation Program, and the creation of the Chief AI Office.

Now, I'm channeling this public sector expertise in people management, strategic problem-solving, and technology leadership into a new direction: founding a consulting firm dedicated to empowering the leadership of startups, small businesses, and other government agencies.
